FOLLOW-ON WORKSHOPS

The follow-on workshops are for those wanting to take taiko a step further, to learn new rhythms and techniques. These workshops are only open to those who have completed an introductory workshop at the dojo or equivalent. In addition to learning new pieces based on different traditional base rhythms from Japan, the follow-on workshops also concentrate further on technique. See workshop dates.

TAIKO NIGHT

A regular group who meet at the dojo on a weekly basis, made up of previous workshop participants consisting of adults of all ages. The purpose of the taiko night group is to enjoy playing taiko! The taiko night group also participate in the yearly Dojo Showcase Concerts, as well as other performances.
